There is a $200 minimum order, and we can serve up to 1000+ with ease.
Clients may place or update orders until 1 week prior to the event.
Yes. If you are vegan, have a nut allergy, or other dietary restrictions or preferences, just give us a call, and we can individually prepare and package your customized dish.
Two or more days prior to a scheduled event, no charge to the client.
The day before a scheduled event, client is charged 50 percent of the order total.
The day of a scheduled event, client is charged 100 percent of the order cost.
This policy applies for cancellations of any reason, including weather or other events outside the control of the client. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to Traiilo no later than 6 pm EST, or it will be considered received on the following business day.
